At 123Hydra, your satisfaction is at the core of our commitment. In accordance with European regulations and our internal policy, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to request the return of an unused standard part.

This guarantee applies to all hydraulic pumps, motors and standard components shipped from our warehouses, subject to the conditions below.

Conditions for returning a part

  • The product must be brand new, unused and in perfect condition.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging, complete with all accessories, documents and labels.
  • The request must be made within 14 days following the date of delivery.
  • A return authorisation (RMA) must be obtained from our team before sending the parcel back.

Important notice for B2B customers

Custom-made parts, items modified at your request, or products specifically ordered from a manufacturer for your file are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Our technical team will always inform you in advance if your order falls into this category.

How to initiate a return

Send us an email at info@123hydra.com or call +33 4 86 68 90 63 with your order number.

2. Receive your RMA

Our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) and send you the return address along with the procedure to follow.

3. Get your refund

Once the part is received and inspected, the refund is issued within 14 days via the original payment method.
